There are many words to describe these type of people… Driven, focused, and committed… but, the term I use for them is “grind-it-outers.” Some people just keep on coming. They keep getting up. Keep trying. Keep learning.

Look, success at any worthwhile endeavor is going to have some hard and even boring seasons. Our passions are great at getting us off the sidelines and on the field; but, a hard work ethic and an ability to grind-out what is needed every single day… that is what wins the game.

    Amen! I’m “rising & grinding” with you! “Be known as THE grinder in your group of friends and co-workers.” I love this line.Thanks for an encouraging post. Grinding away day after day with slow results can be discouraging. Thank you for the excellent reminder that regain momentum slowly, through effort & hard work, is normal.
